    Seth Terry is a sustainability-focused entrepreneur and operator with deep experience across energy, technology, and the water-food-energy nexus. His work combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership shaped by building companies, developing partnerships, and advancing practical solutions in emerging markets.

    As Chair, Seth helps guide HEFT’s mission, governance, and strategic direction as the organization works to expand understanding and workforce readiness in hydrogen and clean transportation.

    As Secretary, Buford supports HEFT’s governance, organizational development, and partnership work, with a focus on practical pathways for hydrogen infrastructure, clean transportation education, and public benefit. He also brings a grounded understanding of how projects, partners, and infrastructure come together.

    As Treasurer and Executive Director Designate, Jim supports HEFT’s organizational development, communications, partnerships, fundraising, and program strategy as the organization builds its early foundation — turning ideas into usable programs and partnerships
