As Chair, Seth helps guide HEFT’s mission, governance, and strategic direction as the organization works to expand understanding and workforce readiness in hydrogen and clean transportation.

As Secretary, Buford supports HEFT’s governance, organizational development, and partnership work, with a focus on practical pathways for hydrogen infrastructure, clean transportation education, and public benefit. He also brings a grounded understanding of how projects, partners, and infrastructure come together.
