That idea is central to HEFT’s vehicle placement work: the goal is not simply to move a vehicle from one owner to another, but to help convert that vehicle into a useful learning asset.

Donated vehicles and related transportation assets may be placed where they can support learning, training, operational understanding, public benefit, or community engagement.
